Colleen Lustina, NP

I graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette with my Bachelor of Science Degree in 1999 with a Nursing Major and Psychology Minor. After graduation I moved to Indianapolis and worked as a medical/surgical nurse at Riley Hospital for Children. After a few years of living and working in Indianapolis my husband and I decided to move back to our hometown of Crown Point to be closer to our families before starting our family. We moved back to Crown Point and I worked at Saint Anthony Hospital (which is now Franciscan Health Crown Point) as a critical care nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. I enjoyed working in the ICU, but wanted to further my education so went back to school at Purdue Northwest in Hammond, Indiana and received my Master of Science in Nursing Degree from there in 2009. I became a board certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in 2009 and have maintained this certification and all of my nursing licenses. I worked as a family practice nurse practitioner with the Franciscan Physician Network at the Saint Clare Clinic in Crown Point from 2009 until recently.  I have been married to my husband since 2001 and we have a daughter and son who keep us busy with school and athletic activities. We enjoy traveling as a family, attending sporting events, and are active in our church. I am looking forward to being part of Mullally Sports and Family Medicine and continuing to provide excellent care to our community.
